Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Hexagon Muscle Recovery, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can best serve all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $25 non-refundable deposit being forfeited.

We’re committed to offering flexible, honest, and high-value membership options to support your wellness journey. Please review our membership and usage policies below:

• Unlimited Packages
  “Unlimited” means just that — you’re welcome to enjoy the benefits multiple times per day. However, wait times may occur during peak hours, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
• Non-Transferable Use
  Memberships and packages are for individual use only and may not be shared, unless explicitly stated in the specific package details.
• Month-to-Month Memberships
  You may cancel any time with no penalties. There are no refunds for unused membership benefits once the billing period has started.
• Fixed-Term Packages
  Packages with a set duration (e.g., 3-month, 6-month) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Automatic Renewal
  Monthly memberships automatically renew every 30 days from the original start date.
• Renewal Notification
  We’ll send you an email reminder 5 days before renewal. This is your opportunity to review, change, or cancel your membership.
• How to Cancel
  To cancel, simply call us before your renewal date. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
